Crypto News is a useful app for crypto enthusiasts. It includes a news and article aggregator, a crypto market monitoring feature, and a portfolio manager. Users can also choose the home screen of the app: News or CoinMarketCap.

The app is well optimized: it doesn’t take up much space on the hard drive and CPU, and it consumes very little battery power.

Crypto News collects publications from various news sources such as Cointelegraph,, CoinDesk, Forklog, Twitter, and more. The source list contains more than 100 websites and is constantly updated with new websites.

Information is available in English, Russian, German and Spanish. Messages are organized in “categories”. Also, the Top News tab contains the most relevant and popular news. Users can customize the feed and only receive information from specific sources. Each message has an audience interest index. Users won’t miss any news and events – push notifications will remind you of what’s most important.

If the news looks interesting but you don’t have time to read it, you can bookmark it and come back to it later, or use the headline search function to find it. If you feel that news from a single source isn’t complete, the app groups material on that topic into a list, allowing you to get an alternate or more detailed version of the story.

CoinMarketCap: Feel the pulse of the market

The CoinMarketCap tab is built into the app so you can track cryptocurrency prices in real time. There are 1 hour, 24 hour or 7 day variations; you can choose between a linear or “candlestick” representation of the chart.

The app collects data on over 1000 cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), Dash, NEO, IOTA ( MIOTA), Monero (XMR), NEM (XEM), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Lisk (LSK), Qtum, EOS, Zcash (ZEC), Cardano (ADA), Tether (USDT), Stellar Lumens (XLM) Wait. The search function always helps when you search for the coin you want, by name or ticker symbol. All important coins can also be pinned to the top of the list.

Users can check the currency prices of specific exchanges at any time, including Binance, EXMO, Huobi, KuCoin, OKEx, etc. It is also possible to track cryptocurrency trading volumes on the exchanges you are interested in. The Crypto News app can notify you of changes in a coin’s price, its capitalization and changes in BTC market share – all you have to do is set a range of changes.

Portfolio Management

The main function of this feature is to control and monitor the value of various crypto assets. The user can enter the amount of coins and specify the purchase price – the app will calculate their current value and profitability.

The app displays the total balance and the value of each asset separately. It expresses profitability for the selected period in percentage and actual equivalent. You can view the portfolio value from the list of fiat currencies. The service does not require any personal data, keys and passwords to function. You can specify any coin balance – it does not need to match your real account.
